Gretchen assumed the role of General Manager of HornerXpress Worldwide just one month ago and has already demonstrated exceptional leadership, strategic vision, and operational expertise. Her promotion to Vice President reflects both her immediate impact and the company’s confidence in her ability to guide HornerXpress Worldwide through its next phase of growth.

Gretchen began her journey with Team Horner in 1993, starting as a warehouse associate at HornerXpress’ Fort Lauderdale location. She’s held multiple roles throughout the organization including customer service, sales, manufacturing operations, and distribution branch management.

In her expanded role, Gretchen will continue to oversee global operations while driving strategic initiatives focused on customer experience, operational excellence, and international expansion. She brings extensive industry experience and a proven track record of building high-performing teams, strengthening partnerships, and delivering results in complex, fast-paced environments.
