Team Horner Group Announces Leadership Promotions in Finance Organization

FORT LAUDERDALE, FLORIDA – January 15, 2026 – Team Horner Group today announced the promotion of Bob Kulstad to Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and Jennifer Doles to Vice President of Finance and Accounting, effective January 15, 2026.

Bob Kulstad has served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Team Horner Group since 2022 and now assumes the expanded role of Executive Vice President and CFO. This promotion recognizes Bob’s instrumental leadership in driving the company’s successful digital transformation, strengthening financial metrics and expense management, taking on expanded responsibilities, and building a strong foundation to support the future growth of Team Horner Group.

In his new role, Bob will continue to oversee the company’s financial strategy while contributing at a broader executive level to long-term planning, operational excellence, and scalable growth initiatives, while also overseeing marketing and the StoneHardscapes division.

Jennifer Doles has been promoted to Vice President of Finance and Accounting in recognition of her leadership and significant contributions to the transformation of Team Horner Group’s finance organization. Jennifer joined Team Horner in 2021 and has played a key role in the successful digital transformation of the finance division, leading the development of live reports and performance metrics. These tools have delivered detailed, actionable business intelligence and enhanced transparency across the organization, enabling leaders to make more informed and timely decisions.
