Team Horner^™ Acquires GA Piscines

Team Horner^™ announces the formal acquisition of one of France’s great swimming pool industry companies, GA Piscines!

Formed in the early 1970s, GA Piscines manufactures around 2,000 one-piece fiberglass pools per year, in two large factories, one near Dijon in the center of France and the other near Strasbourg.

GA Piscines will significantly enhance the future of Team Horner™ Group as an employee-owned company, providing a new footprint in the next-largest swimming pool market outside the United States, France.

HornerXpress^® Worldwide has had customers in France since the 1980s, but this acquisition will provide a large change in our position, moving from an exporter to France to a major player inside the French market.
