Proprietary Interest Disclosure

Trainers/Instructors do not promote the exclusive use of any commercial product in published instructional materials or during instruction. Trainers’ discussion of their proprietary interests during instruction is limited to relevant contexts and includes consideration of alternative products or companies that are comparable to the instructor’s.

Refund/Cancellation

A full refund (100%) of registration/course fees will be issued if an event is canceled by HornerXpress^®.Individual participants may request a refund of registration/course fees by emailing the Director of Education at lcastanza@teamhorner.com prior to the start of the event. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Participants who do not submit notification twenty-four hours prior to the start of a learning event are ineligible for a refund of registration/course fees.

When attending HornerXpress^® Long Island 2026 Spring Training, please note that photography, audio, and video recording will occur. By participating in this event, you consent to such recording media and its release, publication or production to be used for web cast, promotional purposes, advertising, and inclusion on websites. You further waive all rights you may have to any claims in connection with any exhibition, or other publications of these materials, regardless of the purpose or other publications.
