After the acquisition of Piscine Provence Polyester in 2020, Team Horner Europe continues its expansion in France with the acquisition of PID Based in Gémenos for 40 years, PID has a production capacity of 1,200 polyester shell pools per year.

A total production capacity of 4,000 swimming pools per year in 3 factories

In 2020, Team Horner Europe acquired the polyester shell pool manufacturer Piscines Provence Polyester – including the recent Horner Swim, a monocoque pool incorporating a counter-current swimming turbine – and its 2 production units based in Pouilly-en-Auxois (near Dijon) and in Alsace, in Weyer.

In January 2024, confirming its great interest in France, Team Horner Europe has just acquired the company Polyester Innovation Développement (PID). Manufacturer of monobloc polyester shell pools since 1984, with several European patents to its credit, highly qualiWed personnel and engineering expertise, PID has recognized know-how appreciated by its customers in the polyester resin monocoque pool market.

With this new acquisition, Team Horner Europe strengthens its position in the shell pool market and increases its total production capacity to 4,000 pools per year in its 3 French factories.

PID retains its own identity and now benefits from positive synergies within the Team Horner Europe group. The latter is therefore taking market share in the Western and Mediterranean regions of the territory and does not intend to stop there… Indeed, to continue its expansion, other acquisitions, as well as the construction of new factories are planned.
