Sales Support

Key Responsibilities of this Role:

  • Providing friendly, courteous and prompt service
  • Processing orders and quotes
  • Assisting with order fulfillment
  • Following up on orders and quotes with customers, vendors and internal teams
  • Supporting the sales team with customer requests, sales trip preparation and follow up
  • Researching products and sources
  • Communicating effectively, accurately and positively both verbally and in writing
  • Assisting with answering the main telephone line, directing calls appropriately
  • Mailing, shipping, e-mailing and faxing information and marketing materials
  • Updating customer information in internal databases
  • Proactively improving knowledge of products, processes and solutions with continuous training and education



Required Experience

  • Interest in pursuing a career in sales
  • Customer service experience (export a plus)
  • Pool industry experience/knowledge a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to the changing needs of the team
  • Excellent problem solving and people skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Positive, enthusiastic and flexible attitude
  • Team Player mentality
  • A willingness to do what it takes to get the job done
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with FACTS and Salesforce software a plus
  • Consistency and reliability
  • Bilingual in French 


Required Education

  • High School Degree
